Shipping Policies

In stock items are usually shipped within 1-3 business days. Customers will be notified within 1-2 business days of any back ordered status and given the option to either wait, or cancel their order. Customers will be notified of approximate back order times as well.

We will not ship any item to a PO Box or APO/FPO or forwarding address.

Outer Limit Sports is happy to exchange or provide store credit for any in-stock, non special ordered items within 15 days of your purchase.  Exchange or store credit is NOT available for sale items or non-inventoried special ordered items.

Outer Limit Sports customers must obtain a Return Authorization # before attempting to return any merchandise to Outer Limit Sports. Certain Manufacturers insist on defective or damaged merchandise being returned directly to them, so you need to check with us first.  Outer Limit Sports will not accept any returned merchandise without a valid RA#. To obtain an RA #, call 902-569-5690 or email us at [email protected] . A customer service representative will give you an RA # that must be clearly indicated on the outside of the return parcel, as well as on any paperwork.

Incorrect or Defective Shipments:
Incorrect items or defective items may be returned for replacement or credit if the request to return is communicated with Outer Limit Sports within 15 days of the order date, or it cannot be accepted for return.

Return Auth # Required:
Outer Limit Sports will not be obligated to accept any returns of product submitted more than 15 days after shipment of such products to customer, including returns of defective product. RA #'s have a validity period of 30 days from the date of issue. Merchandise returned for exchange will be charged a $10.00 exchange fee plus a shipping charge.

Damaged shipments:
Outer Limit Sports will not accept merchandise damaged in transit. All claims must be filed with the shipping carrier.

Restocking Fees:
Non-defective merchandise returned to Outer Limit Sports for any reason other than a mis-ship of product will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Product must be received by us in original (new) condition and within 15days of our shipping date, or it cannot be accepted for return. Merchandise returned for exchange will be charged a $10.00 exchange fee plus a shipping charge.

Misprints and typos:
Although we have made every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information and pricing on our website, we will not be held liable for errors or typos.

Multiple Item Discount Returns
When a regular priced item purchased during a “Buy One, get One” event is returned, the discount on the second item is forfeited. The second item may be repurchased at the current selling price or both items can be returned for a full exchange or credit. Items purchased as a part of a promotion offering a free item can be refunded with the return of all items.
